The University of Denver's psychologist works in Virtus.pro. How does he support the team?

An insight from VP general manager Roman Dvoryankin.

“A polish psychologist from the USA – the professor from the University of Denver – has been working with Virtus.pro's CS:GO team for a couple of months. He consults our guys in the field of pre-game motivation, communication between teammates, overcoming conflict situations as they appear, etc., at their request.

The story has been going on since the middle of July. Wiktor “TaZ” Wojtas is the one to primarily work with the psychologist. We deliberately didn't cover this topic until Cybersport.ru asked me to comment my tweet. It's an inside moment that concerns our team. Virtus.pro doesn't seek to turn it into a fancy PR-case.

The work is carried out in occasional manner. If someone from the team needs something, they can contact this person. However, it is not the final decision: we are currently in contact with other specialists in the field of psychology. That is in order to gather viable alternatives not only for our CS:GO line-up, but for the other players as well, should the need arise.”

“VP, you guys are insane!” Fallen and coldzera praising Virtus.pro
