Virtus.pro loses to FlyToMoon and leaves EPICENTER XL

Today was not our day.

The match began with a kill in VP's favor. The early game favored FTM more. FlyToMoon have claimed the first Roshan after winning a massive teamfight. Virtus.pro have managed to repel the attack on their Highground, however, losing top-lane barracks in the process. The second Roshan was also claimed by FTM. VP were forced to turtle inside their base, but were forced to surrender after losing a crucial teamfight on the 42-minute mark.

The second game was started with both teams being neck and neck. FTM ended up out-edging Virtus.pro in a couple of fights, but the tense battle around the Aegis ended in VP's favor. Both teams continued the intensive skirmishes. The second Roshan was slain by FlyToMoon. Virtus.pro fought off the first push by their opponents by sending all FTM's heroes respawning. However, the exhausting defensive playstyle could not create enough opening for VP to comeback. After losing a series of teamfights, VP conceded.

Virtus.pro vs Mineski

Before the battle against FlyToMoon, our guys faced Mineski and won in a best-of-1 format. Both teams showed an equal level of play in the early game. The first Roshan was claimed by Mineski. VP have lost a series of teamfights, and also couldn't stop the opponent from taking the second Roshan. Mineski's advantage has grown to 8k gold, but at the 30-minute mark, VP have emerged victorious after a massive teamfight, leaving the Asian team without the mid-lane barracks. Both line-ups continued their back-and-forth struggle which lasted until the 39th minute. Ultimately, Virtus.pro have won two fights in a row and claimed the Roshan. After taking a complete control over the match, our team forced Mineski to concede.
