Virtus.pro placed third in the ESL Trinity Series

Virtus.pro faced compLexity Gaming in the losers’ bracket final of ESL Trinity Series 2017 Finals. Earlier, VP.G2A had won against Team Liquid, while coL had been defeated by Luminosity Gaming.

Virtus.pro took the first duel. compLexity evened the score immediately, after which they were trailing again (2-1).

The teams continued to trade wins until the score was 5-5. In the deciding game, compLexity had luck on their side, and went on to become the second team in the grand final of the championship.

The loss against compLexity places Virtus.pro G2A third in the ESL team tournament.
