Virtus.pro receives the first invite to ESL One Genting 2018
The organizers of ESL One Genting 2018 have awarded the first direct invite to the Malaysian Minor to the ESL One Hamburg 2017 champions – Virtus.pro G2A.
The Malaysian Minor's prize pool will consist of $400 000 and 400 Pro Circuit Points. The Genting tournament will have 10 invites, 9 of them are still unknown. The tournament will take place 23-28 January 2018.
16 teams will battle for the title of the champion. The Arena of Stars amphitheater will be the tournament's location – located at an altitude of 1,740 meters with its capacity of 6 thousand viewers.
The play-offs matches will be held in a best-of-3 elimination format. The winner will be decided in a best-of-5 grand-final.
