Three teams with Virtus.pro players advanced to WESG Europe

Eleven of our guys will go to Barcelona!

The entire Virtus.pro's CS:GO roster followed by a Russian Dota 2 team “AntiHype” with Solo, 9Pasha, RAMZES666  and a Ukrainian Dota 2 team “Team Ukraine” with Lil, No[o]ne and ArtStyle in their ranks advanced to the European WESG LAN-final which will take place on 22-26 November in Barcelona. Our guys will compete for the right to advance to the WESG's grand-finals in China - the event with a prize pool of $1500000 that will take place on March, 2018.

AntiHype's Pavel “9Pasha” Hvastunov: “What about our draft – we picked the heroes we like and played with heart. This entire line-up's main quality is the ability to play with heart. Smile as well followed the same tactic of playing with heart, so he perfectly fit in our team. Right now we're thinking about the Major and hoping for the positive outcomes, we really want to win.”

Team Ukraine's Ilya “Lil” Ilyuk: “It's a bit weird, but advancing to WESG Europe turned out to be pretty easy. We won three matches, and our opponents had about 4k solo rating, which is strange. Everything is going great for us, we're a great team with individually skilled players. We get along relatively well, so everything should work out for us. We have a quite good drafter and captain in our team (ArtStyle), and also two very strong in-game leaders – Vova (No[o]ne) and Roma (Resolut1on). They make a lot of crucial calls and dictate the pace of the game. I think everything will go well in Barcelona. After all, we reaped the great results by claiming the first place in the qualifiers.”
