G returns to Virtus.pro

The legendary Virtus.pro player Sergey "G" Bragin returns to the club as a Dota 2 coach. Timur "Ahilles" Kulmukhambetov is moving to the position of analyst.

Alexander "StrangeR" Solomonov, Head of Dota 2 department:

“As I assumed earlier, the arrival of fng has affected the team in more ways than one. In particular, Ahilles began to do more analytical work, which proved to be extremely useful.

The team wasn’t happy with the result of the second tour, but positively assessed the dynamics of the work done. We discussed what was missing, identified points of growth and decided to strengthen our coaching staff in the off-season.

We are inviting G, who already has enough experience in this role, to be our coach, and Ahilles is going to continue to work with the team in an equally important position as an analyst. I am sure that these changes will help the young players in their progress, take some of the things off our captain’s shoulders and make the training process more efficient.”

Sergey "G" Bragin played intermittently for Virtus.pro from 2013 to 2016. As part of the Bears, he took 5-6th place at TI5 and won three LAN tournaments.
