morelz will play as a stand-in in the upcoming tournaments
Piotr “morelz” Taterka will replace Janusz “Snax” Pogorzelski as a stand-in until mid-July, he will play at ESEA and DreamHack Masters Stockholm qualifications. Piotr has just won a championship of Polish Esport League and is regarded as a rising star of a Polish CS:GO pro scene.
Long time Virtus.pro player Janusz “Snax” Pogorzelski is leaving the team. Our former rifler is going to take an open spot in mousesports.
Virtus.pro GM Roman Dvoryankin: “It’s been a hard decision, but team future is our top priority. The rebuilding process we started earlier this year continues as we see Snax leaving. We’ve had some amazing moments together and his name will always stay in VP history. I would also like to thank mousesports for their professional approach — we know that Janusz in good hands. We’re pleased to welcome Piotr in our team. I’m looking forward to see him playing in the next tournaments. I’d like to assure our fans that we’re committed to bringing our CS:GO squad back on track. We need your support in the upcoming months”.
Piotr “morelz” Taterka: “I’m very flattered that I got a chance to play for Virtus.pro. It was an amazing feeling to hear a call asking you to play in such a team. Excitement barely left me after winning final against AGO in Polish Esport League, and the very next day I get such a huge surprise. I understand this is a great lesson for me, big chance and a way to verify my skills. I will do my best. I am motivated as never before”.
Jakub “kuben” Gurczyński, CS:GO team coach and manager: “We are glad to welcome morelz as a newcomer. Virtus.pro organization sees a great potential in this guy. We hope that in a short time he will be able to find a common language with the rest of the team. As for Snax — we will always keep memories of the good time we spent together.”
