Changes in Dota 2 management

The top management of Virtus.pro and Dota 2 department head Alexander "StrangeR" Solomonov have made a joint decision to end cooperation.

Nikolai Petrossian, CEO of Virtus.pro:

"In an atmosphere of mutual respect and trust, we exchanged views on future plans. We ultimately agreed that both sides need a fresh start.

I sincerely thank Alex for his work, which culminated in our result at TI12. Unfortunately, due to many reasons, including objective ones, we were unable to build on that success. The club wishes “StrangeR” good luck in his future endeavors!

We will not be seeking a replacement for the vacant position. The club's owners have decided to recreate the successful management experience from the CS2 division, where daily tasks are managed by the team manager, while strategic management is handled by collective efforts of the owners, CEO, and coaching staff."

Alexander "StrangeR" Solomonov:

"I am grateful to the VP management for the opportunity to work with such a prominent and prestigious club. It has been a truly invaluable experience that teaches you a lot. As you have seen, the results of the Dota 2 division did not meet the set goals and plans, and I understand that perfectly. After discussions with the club's management, we came to a mutual decision that it would be best to end our cooperation at this time.

It was a pleasure to work with such a team of professionals! I wish Virtus.pro continued growth and its teams many great victories!"
