A new Street Fighter 6 player for Virtus.pro

Virtus.pro are returning to the fighting titles: Street Fighter 6 player Shawn “Psycho” Williams is joining the Bears.
Nikolai Petrossian, CEO of Virtus.pro:
“Last year, we signed a Street Fighter 6 player to gain first-hand experience in a new area of esports. Now that we understand the scene better, we can set clearer goals and outline a plan to achieve them. Our primary focus is a strong performance at the Esports World Cup, but we also plan to compete in Capcom Pro Tour ranking events and continue building the fighting games division at Virtus.pro for the long term.”
Shawn “Psycho” Williams:
“I’m super excited to represent Virtus.pro at EWC 2025 and throughout this CPT season! I’m planning to compete in nearly every CPT tournament and carry that momentum into the EWC. Being part of such a legendary esports club as Virtus.pro is a huge accomplishment and means a lot to me. Time to get to work!”
Shawn “Psycho” Williams is a seasoned American fighting games player who has competed at the highest level since 2014. His accolades include winning Street Fighter League Pro-US 2024 and DreamHack Atlanta 2018, as well as placing second at the Street Fighter League World Championship 2024.
