VP.Prodigy introduces a new CS:GO coach

VP.Prodigy announces a new CS:GO coach: Dmitry "44" Dzutsev. His area of responsibility will include scouting players and forming the squad, building up the training process and helping young talents in reaching their full potential.

Dmitry "44" Dzutsev, VP.Prodigy CS:GO coach:

“I’m glad to be presented with the opportunity to become a part of Virtus.pro. My main goal is to create a full-fledged junior roster and build an academy based on VP.Prodigy that will help young talents become world-class esports athletes. Most of the promising players fail to realize their potential due to a lack of a systematic approach to training in the early stages of their careers. My mission is to help them overcome all barriers on the way to their dream.”

Dmitry responded to a vacancy that we posted on Virtus.pro social media channels in April. After that, just like all the other applicants, he went through a series of interviews and presented his vision of the development of VP.Prodigy. After a comprehensive assessment, VP management chose Dmitry as the new leader of VP.Prodigy among several dozen candidates who sent their CV’s.

Before joining VP.Prodigy, Dmitry "44" Dzutsev used to work with Team QUAZAR. The team qualified for the European RMR tournament, and also reached top 3 at SCL Season 3: Masters Division and IESF World Esports Championship 2022.
